Good afternoon everyone,
A quick reminder that we have our AGM tonight from 6.30pm sharp, so we look forward to seeing you all down at the clubrooms.
We want to have the AGM finished by 7pm, so please make sure you are there before 6.30pm if you intend to join the meeting.
Afterwards we will be having the BBQ, and we’ll put up the dart board for some good social competition!
I have attached the 2008-2009 season membership form for you all to bring tonight. Remember – if you bring your completed membership form and payment tonight to the AGM the BBQ will be on the house! (If you intend to write a cheque, please make sure it is to the Cruising Yacht Club of HI, not the other way around!). There will be a few membership forms at the club too if you don’t have a printer.
Oh, and if you can’t make it, please email through your apologies to this address or be sure to let someone know.
